Habitat: Madagascar

Notes:  Formerly known as Dypsis pilulifera, it now needs an official name as it is different than D. pilulifera as it is described. A wonderfully ornamental large palm with a bright orange crownshaft when the oldest leaf drops.

Cold Hardiness: Can grow in a good spot of the temperate garden
